Order / Product Delivery / Shipping Costs

Once your order is completed, the following message appears (example): "YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED. THANK YOU. Your order number is 71243. Please check your e-mail. We have sent you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. "

Free shipping for orders over 30 € for the whole Greece.
Shipping costs 2,50€
 for orders below 30€ for the whole Greece.

For Cyprus, the shipping cost is €10 for 2kg and then the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout.

For Bulgaria  the shipping cost is €6,20 for 2kg and then the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout.

For the rest of Europe the cost is calculated at the checkout.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Ιf the buyer requires another day and time of delivery, should contact the Fashion e-Shop call center to make the arrangement.

Delivery: The above applies to those items mention Immediately Delivery and not for items mention Delivery "7-10 working days" or mention that they delivered after a specific date.

For Greece the order delivery will take place within 2 working days
(in remote areas may be a delay of 1 to 2 working days above).

For Cyprus Bulgaria and rest Europe the order delivery will take place within 4 working days
(in remote areas may be a delay of 1 to 2 working days above).


Order delay


Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product you ordered is not available: Among the products displayed in our shop there is the rare case something is out and our electronic system (on line) does not have time to automatically update on product availability. In this case, one of our staff will contact you immediately, to give you all the alternatives or even to cancel the order without any financial burden to the consumer.

In periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any case of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of your order.

If it is impossible to telephone and /or by electronic mail (e-mail) contact you (if a problem occurs on your order, or in relation to the product or in relation to the payment of) because eg your information you entered is not properly updated.

Withdrawal / Return - Change Product


You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement since the nature of clothing and footwear is such that sometimes may not meet your expectations due to not physically presence at the market.

Return non-faulty goods
We believe that the online store should not be different than a physical store chain Fashion e-Shop, so if the return is due to change size, color or for any other reason, for example because you are not happy with your product, provided the possibility of the return within 15 working days of receipt.

If the return is not made within 15 working days, then the Fashion e-Shop can not accept any return for replacement.
We emphasize that the date of the returned product is the one that indicated by the courier on receipt, to control the time limit prescribed.
In any case the returned products must be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging is that which normally accompanies the product and should be in excellent condition, with all the documents accompanying the product (eg ITT, Ap Retail, Waybill so on).
The return costs for Greece returns are covered by our company only when the return is made by working with us courier company.


To sum up the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

  • first, contact in the phone or send an email to the address info@fashioneshop.gr justifying the reason of the return
  • return to be made within 15 working days from receipt
  • the product can not be used
  • the product is packed in its original packaging and accompanied by all tags


If the product does not meet the above requirements will be returned to sender.

Return of defective products
In cases where, a demonstrable fault of Fashion e-Shop, defective and poor quality products sold or taking the order an error occured, on pricing, at shipment, damaged during the transport, poor packaging, etc. then takes full responsibility for the replacement, the return costs, as well as the reshipping costs.
The return conditions remain the same as those mentioned above.
